General contractors

Each construction industry ie: masonry, concrete, plaster, framing, electrical, plumbing etc. will create a organization of employees (a workforce in each trade)

Workforce members are never called Employees
We are trying to break this phrase, members are part of a team. Employees are employed and controlled by an employer… this will be a marketing item.
Contractors not joining will lose employees who learn about us because we cater to individual masons
To dominate the industry, we need skilled masons and contractors. Treat masons well, pay higher wages, and provide jobs close to home. Soon, all masons will be ours and contractors outside United Tradesman will be eliminated. In the Central Valley, we need around 30-40 skilled masons and 5 contractors.
We are a skilled trade organization, dedicated to providing the best for our Member Contractors
To maintain our business model, we retain skilled workers and convert employees to members. We prioritize a positive work environment, minimizing competition and costs, and maximizing profits for contractors. We also guarantee a high wage standard for our skilled members.

Our contractors will never pay a bill, pay an employee, bill a project, sign a contract, issue insurance certificates, run payroll or wait for their money
